Leaving Bogota. Watching Bogota's TransMillenio (rapid transit system). Most developing countries are cash-strapped. With their limited resources they use up the money on development of the Capital and big cities--that results in uneven development of the country, which in turn fuels the waves of urbanization and movement to big cities within the country.
